Liston Auctioneers
 Liston Auctioneers have been operating in the West Limerick area for almost 50 years. It was started in 1948 by Michael's father, the late P.V. Liston and subsequently taken over by Michael in the mid seventies.
During this period the core business was land lettings and land sales. Michael has further developed this business into house property sale and residential and business premises lettings and there it became necessary to move the operation to offices in the town of Newcastle West in May of 1995.
During the last several years the property market has experienced an upswing with strong demand for commercial and residential property. Despite difficulties in the agricultural sector, land prices have overall remained consistent.
